A full mountain-village development near Durango — master planning, engineering, and county entitlement all in motion. Our largest project to date. Purgatory Resort is installing a new lift at the development’s northern edge — making Silverpick ski-in / ski-out.
Harvest Prairie — Spokane County, WA
465 acres platted into large homestead lots — roads and improvements complete, and families are building there now.
Prado Vista — Bastrop County, TX
77 build-ready half-acre lots with paved roads, water, and electric — in one of the fastest-growing corridors outside Austin.
The Preserve of 1840 — Burnet County, TX
A 150-acre gated community in the Texas Hill Country — 40 lots of 3–5 acres with paved roads, reserved for site-built homes.
