As the driving force behind this endeavor, I recently had the pleasure of exploring the property with my daughter, and it’s with great excitement that I share the journey of Mill Branch Estates with you.

From the outset, we knew this endeavor wouldn’t be without its challenges. The road elevation changes and sight line distances posed engineering complexities, while navigating the county’s approval process required meticulous planning and patience. Additionally, harvesting timber was a crucial step in preparing the land for development. But, as they say, “where there’s a will, there’s a way,” and we were determined to find that way.
